What are the sizes of the units?
All our units are of standard sizes as required building regulations are followed. Sizes vary from project to project, depending on the type and style.
When is the delivery date?
Delivery period of our projects sometimes depend on the time of subscription and payment option opted for however, they do not go beyond 12 or 15 months after they project is launched, this is to enable us dot our Is and cross our Ts for a smooth hand over.
Are units fully furnished?
All necessary fittings are available in our rooms and bathrooms; closets, drawers, modern sanitary wares, security wares etc, while our kitchens are fully equipped and fitted.
Are there any hidden or additional charges?
No, there are no hidden charges, however, to perfect your title on the purchased unit(s), you will need your Deed of Assignment and Survey. The survey fee is usually as prescribed by the Lagos state government, usually about 1 million Naira while the deed of assignment and contract of sale cost N250, 000 (Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira only).
There also will be cost of infrastructure, this usually depends on the project bought; it usually includes cost of connecting your unit to facilities like electricity and water. The monthly service charge is only prescribed after project delivery.
Can I pay cash to your agent? How do I make payments?
Payment is made in the form of direct deposits or transfers as we do not carry out our transactions in cash.

Can I sell or rent out my house?
Yes, what’s yours is fully yours, you may sell or rent it out as long as payment and necessary documentation has been completed. You may even ask us to sell for you.

BOSMAK Properties is a real estate development and sales company. We develop properties from scratch and sell at finish, following all required guidelines and industry standards.
We however partner with realtors and property agents as the bridging link between us and more clients.
What are the steps involved in buying a property?
Get in touch with us through the phone numbers or email addresses on our Contact Us page to schedule an appointment. We will show you the available properties, and you can make your selection. After that, a date can be booked for inspection, and the mode of payment you prefer is decided. An offer letter is then issued to contain agreed discussions that have led up to purchase.
Do you have units in other locations available for sale?
Yes, we are currently selling units in our projects at Harris Drive, VGC and have projects coming up in Sangotedo (opposite the popular Novare Mall). Feel free to ask any our representatives or agents about these.

Bosmak Haven is located off Harris Drive, Beside VGC, Lekki-Epe Expressway, Lagos. Harris Drive is popular for the proposed regional road currently being constructed, this road links Lekki-Epe Express with Freedom Way, Lekki Phase 1, creating a sweet diversion from the occasional traffic.
Are units serviced?
Yes, all units are serviced. We care too much about your comfort.
Are there flexible payment plan options?
Yes. We offer several flexible payment plans to suit your financial requirements. Whether 18 months, 12 months, 6 months, 3 months or outright payment, depending on the project and your time of subscription.
Your installments are also reasonably spaced to make sure that you have a seamless flow in payment. Always ask about all available options from our representatives.
What title document exists?
We have Governor’s Consent.
What documents am I entitled to at the point of purchase?
When you purchase a property from us, you are entitled to a proof of payment in the form of a receipt or invoice, contract of sale (if you pay in installments), or deed of assignment (if you pay in full) for the transfer of ownership of the house you bought. You will also get a survey, which shows the dimensions and the location of your land, after completion of all payments.
If I made outright payment or installments for my unit and for some reason default in payment and can’t keep up or no longer interested, can I get a refund?
Yes.
In the case of an outright payment or where a buyer is no longer interested in going further, the property can be put back on the market for sale and payment refunded less administrative charges and cost of resale.
In the case of default in payment without prior notice, there will be additional charges on subsequent instalment.
